नार्थ-वेस्ट दिल्ली के स्वरूप नगर में एक सडक बनी तालाब कई गाँवों और स्कूलों का रास्ता हुआ बंद के कगार पर …. ये देखिये लबालब गंदे पानी से भरी सडक … ये पानी बारीस का नही बल्कि गंदा पानी है जिसमें भीगने से अनेको रोग लोगो को लग रहे है … सडक है स्वरूप नगर से कुश्क को जाने वाली … स्वरूप नगर की इस सडक से कई गाँव जुड़ते है और बड़ी आबादी का एकमात्र रास्ता है … यहा देखिये इस अपनी में दुपहिया वाहन चालक तो फिसलकर गिर रहे है .. कई E रिक्सा पानी में खराब होकर रुके है … यहा इस सडक पर तीन बड़े निजी स्कूल है जिनके हजारो बच्चे इसी रास्ते से गुजरते है जो अक्सर इस पानी में फंस जाते है .. यहा पानी के अंदर बने गड्डो में गिरकर कई लोगो को चोट आ चुकी है .. यहा पहले एकतरफ के खाली प्लोटो में जाकर पानी रुकता था और कोई निकासी का नाला नही … दूसरी तरफ प्लोटो के किनारे मिटटी लगाकर प्लाट मालिको ने पानी रोका तो सरकारी इंतजामो की पोल खुल गई .लोग यहाँ फ्लड विभागस ए मिले , नगर निगम से मिले करीब पच्चीस दिन से ये हालात है पर कोई समाधान नही हो पाया लोगो का आरोप है सभी विभाग एक दुसरे का रोड बताकर टालमटोल कर रहे है .. अभी तक ये ही पता इन लोगो को नही चल पाया की आखिरकार रोड किस विभाग के अंतर्गत आता है ..
यहा विधानसभा बादली है और विधायक आम आदमी पार्टी से है उनके पास भी लोग गये … पर समस्या का समाधान जल्दी होने वाला नही है .. इससे पहले पाने यहा खाली पड़ी निजी जमीन में चला जाता था और इसलिए प्रशासन ने कोई इंतजाम नही किया अब अचानक वहां पानी रोका गया तो अब सरकारी इंतजाम इतने जल्दी नही हो सकते इसलिए इसका स्थाई समाधान अभी जल्दी होता नजर नही आ रहा लेकिन तब तक इसका कोई अस्थाई वैकल्पिक समाधान तलाशा जा सकता है जिसकी सख्त जरूरत है ..
