हिंदू पंचांग के इस महीने में पूरी दिल्ली राममय नजर आ रही है। कहीं पर शोभा यात्रा तो कहीं पर पूजा भंडारे आदि के माध्यम से भक्तिमय वातावरण हो गया है।

वैसे तो पूरे वर्ष धार्मिक कार्यक्रम चलते रहते हैं लेकिन हिंदू पंचांग के इस नव वर्ष के पहले महीने में हिंदू देवी देवताओं की पूजा सभी श्रद्धालु ज्यादा धूमधाम से करते हैं। इसी महीने में श्री राम जन्मोउत्सव, हनुमान जन्मोउत्सव, नवरात्र समेत कई मांगलिक दिन आते है।

दिल्ली में दशहरा कमेटी पंजाबी बाग की ओर से रामनवमी के मौके पर लोगों को सनातन धर्म की संस्कृति से जोड़ने के मकसद से एक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में धार्मिक संगठन से जुड़े लोगों के अलावा बड़ी संख्या में स्थानीय लोग भी उपस्थित हुए और इस धार्मिक कार्यक्रम का लुत्फ उठाया। इस मौके पर श्री राम के जीवन चरित्र का वर्णन करते हुए सम्पूर्ण रामायण की प्रस्तुति की गई। इस कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से विश्व प्रसिद्ध कलाकार गीतांजलि शर्मा व उनकी टीम ने अपनी नाट्य प्रस्तुति के माध्यम से लोगों तक श्री राम के जीवन चरित्र का संदेश देने का प्रयास किया।
इस कार्यक्रम से पहले मादीपुर और पंजाबी बाग इलाके में एक शोभा यात्रा भी निकाली गई, जो विभिन्न गलियों और चौक चौराहों से होती हुई गुजरी। इस शोभा यात्रा में श्रीराम के जीवन से जुड़े चरित्र नजर आए। इस शोभा यात्रा के माध्यम से लोगों तक श्री राम के आदर्शो और पदचिन्हों पर चलने का संदेश दिया गया।
In this month of the Hindu calendar, the entire Delhi is filled with a festive atmosphere. From grand processions to elaborate puja ceremonies, devout sentiments are prevalent through various means. Although religious events happen throughout the year, in the first month of the Hindu calendar’s new year, worship of Hindu deities is observed with heightened fervor. This month includes auspicious days such as Sri Rama Navami, Hanuman Jayanti, and Navaratri. In Delhi, a program was organized by the Dussehra Committee of Punjabi Bagh to connect people with the culture of Sanatan Dharma on the occasion of Ram Navami. The program featured presentations on the life of Lord Rama and excerpts from the Ramayana, along with performances by renowned artists like Geetanjali Sharma and her team, aiming to spread the message of Lord Rama’s life. Before this program, a grand procession was also organized in the Madipur and Punjabi Bagh areas, showcasing characters from Lord Rama’s life. Through this procession, the message of following the ideals and principles of Lord Rama was conveyed to the people.
